Selenators everywhere can probably name a lot more than 10 needs to love Selena Gomez, but we’ve narrowed it to a few of our favorites (since we could obviously go on and on … and on about why we absolutely adore this phenomenal triple threat).

  1. She’s a star who gets star struck. It’s totally cute to see her shocked, but very happy reactions when she meets a star she loves because she appears like her fans when they meet her. One star Sel totally freaked when she met: fellow Disney Channel alum Shia LaBeouf. It was totally precious. Moments similar to this one remind us that Sel really is similar to everyone else.
  2. She’s so fashionable she has her own clothing line! She’s totally dedicated to her Dream Aloud line. She only designs things she would wear, meaning that wearing DOL clothes is the closest the majority of us will ever come to raiding Sel’s closet. Plus, her line is completely affordable.
  3. She’s not afraid to burst out into a rap along! We absolutely LOVE what does it cost? Sel loves Nicki Minaj’s song “Super Bass.” Her recent rap together with bestie, Taylor Swift was totes adorbs!
  4. She’s not afraid to out-prank Justin Bieber. Earlier this year, Sel pulled a super clever prank on Justin, convincing him she was going to get a grill!
  5. She’s so supportive of her friends. She’s been there for Demi through thick and thin, which is sweet. Plus, she fought for “Who Says” for her. She’s a friend we ‘d want to have!
  6. She loves and appreciates her fans a lot that she’s getting them involved with the creation of her own fragrance. Cool, huh?
  7. She loves animals. She’s rescued several cuddly pups now, including her newest doggy Baylor.
  8. She always attempts to stay positive. It’s so refreshing to see she doesn’t let anything get her down. That positive attitude belongs to what makes Sel such a stellar role model.
  9. She’s so charitable! Sel spends lots of her time off from tour visiting children’s hospitals and getting involved with other worthy causes.
  10. Selena is just beautiful just being herself– and she reminds her fans that they are too! Like Sel sings in “Who Says”: “I’m no beauty queen. I’m just beautiful me.” Words to live by from among our favorites!

Ibuprofen

This is commonly branded as Advil or Motrin which is among the newest analgesics, approved by the FDA in 1974. It may have some advantages over aspirin, depending on the form of pain you are experiencing. It looks slightly stronger (meaning you need less of it) to treat pain from soft tissue injuries and dental pain. Additionally, it has been shown to become the most effective painkiller for menstrual pains. In fact, here’s a tip: every one of the pain relievers marketed exclusively for this purpose (e.g., Midol) contain ibuprofen, but they cost a lot more because they are marketed as a “high tech” pain reliever. Stick with generic ibuprofen for menstrual cramps. Ibuprofen can also be a stomach irritant, but this occurs much less commonly than with aspirin. Unlike aspirin, it has a very mild blood-thinning effect, so if you have conditions where loss of platelets would be a concern, ibuprofen is a better choice. There have been some concerns that ibuprofen can add to kidney damage, so it’s advised that those with kidney concerns seek advice from a health care provider before taking it.

Premium notebooks have it easy– sleek, attractive-looking design, top-of-the-line hardware, and in many cases, extreme portability too. But, although models like Apple’s MacBooks are popular, the top shelf isn’t within most folks’ reach.

The 2016 version of the Acer Aspire E 15 (also referred to as the Acer Aspire E5-575G-53VG, MSRP $549.99) doesn’t have the sleek design, top-of-the-line construction, or portability of a luxury notebook, that’s for sure. What it lacks in flashy engineering and classy materials, it makes up for in bang-for-your-buck performance.

For around $550 (or $700 for a Core i7-powered model), you’ll be treated to substantially better-than-average performance, a boatload of onboard memory, a flash-based solid-state drive standard, stellar battery life, and a host of upgrade opportunities ensure a positive roi.

Unfortunately, a few its flaws are hard to ignore; a washed-out display stares you in the face and a plasticly, think build nags you every time you transport it. But if you’re strong-willed– and just strong enough to carry a nearly-5.3- pound laptop– the Aspire E 15 will serve you well.

A little about the Aspire E 15

Acer may have cut some corners with the Aspire E 15, but it made sure to bolster areas that typical mid-range computers neglect. I’ll touch on the E 15’s sheer amount valuable shortly, but also for now, let’s have a look at what we’re dealing with.

– Intel Core i5-6200U dual-core processor

– 8GB DDR4 SDRAM

– 15.6-inch 1920×1080 LED display

– Nvidia GeForce 940MX graphics processor with 2 GB GDDR5 RAM

– 256GB M. 2 SATA SSD

– WiFi AC/Bluetooth

– CD/DVD Multidrive (Reads/Burns DVDs and CDs).

– 2,500 mAh lithium-ion battery with approximately 64W of power.

Our review unit is the $550 model with these specsheet, but Acer also offers a version of the E 15 with a Core i7 processor. Given that every single version is equipped with an SSD, 8 GB RAM, discrete graphics, and even an optical drive, it’s not surprising that this model frequently tops the Amazon charts.

This month, we are extremely grateful for Ed Sheeran. Not only did he just release an album that we are mildly obsessed with, he’s also become the new Interview King.

Every time we turn around, Ed has shared a new golden tidbit with us, especially when it concerns Pop Queen Taylor Swift. A few months ago, Ed spilled how Taylor Swift’s music is never leaked, which was actually a very interesting behind-the-scenes check out the production that is T-Swift. Now, he’s dishing on when he thinks Taylor’s new album could be released.

When speaking with BBC Sheeran explained, “Everyone I was scared of releasing albums around me released them all last year– people like Beyoncé and The Weeknd and Bruno Mars.” He continued, “Taylor isn’t planning to be releasing until probably the end of this particular year– Christmas is the smartest time to release because that’s when everyone buys records. So I’ve got a full year of just all Ed, constantly.”

Wait, hold up, Ed! “End this last year?” “Christmas.” This will truly be the greatest holiday season if his predictions hold true. We wonder what Taylor’s new album will center on? Leaked call revenge? Calvin heartache? In any case, we are so there.
