Having watched Matt fight in National competitions over an eight year period (approx 10 years ago), I can without a doubt say that Matt is a REAL Champion, who not only has brute strength, but also has an amazing technique which sets him apart from most of the heavy weights. Matt doesn't have to rely on acting or choreographed fights like some of the chops in other sports (ie. Pro Wrestlers, who are little more than atheletic actors).
The only downside with his Olympic campaign is that we most likely won't get to see his fights broadcast in Australia.
