Tradeweek
Plough is predicting a quiet week for the Tigers at the trade table... this is disappointing...... surely there is a left footed speedster poised to run of the Richmond backline we can trade our first three picks for...... My predicition.... we give up our 2nd and 3rd pick for someone shite from...

Which f^$%&* game were you watching Leigh
No wonder Leigh has given away coaching, he's gone blind. How on earth could he not give Ablett a single vote in the Norm Smith. Clearly Leigh would prefer to make his own statement instead of just give the votes to the 3 best players on the pitch.

HERO
As a kid growing up in the 60s he was the ruckman to admire. Tall, blonde and doing the things I dreamed about. One of the heroes of the Saints dream era.

Where would Richmond be without Terry the tactician. Once again his superior coaching skills have proved the difference between the two teams, fancy moving Bowden up forward after last week, what a genius! Geelong, here we come!

I'm a Hawthorn supporter. I'm aware of only one good game he played against the Hawks, and in that game he resorted to being a sniper.

Don't think he can make it into the all time list. Good but not great I'm afraid. Should have stayed at Brisbane!

Contrite?
Did anyone see the King on 60 Minutes last night? While I'm all for his ongoing rehabilitation, himself and Kate Neilson sitting on the couch last night was about as scripted as a Home and Away episode. When asked the tough questions he was clearly still in denial. Perhaps things will take a...

the maudlin self-pity of the true football fan
I was thinking further last night about my nearly-released thesis: 'Richmond and The End of History'. Shamelessly based on Francis Fukuyama's End of History and the Last Man, the paper will conclude that -- perhaps -- our beloved Tiges are finished as a viable entity. Perhaps the culture of losing...

Hallf of Fame? Yes.
The King becomes eligible this year and should slot straight in - without doubt the best player of our time. Admit he's had some off field discretions though it's a Football Hall of Fame, not the Noble Prize.

Plough 2009 - the 2011 dream lives
Terrible article in The Age today on Plough. Gary March endorsed the 'used car salesman' for 2009. Absolute madness! According to March Plough will be there unless "something went completely pear-shaped", which the club is confident will not happen. Is finishing 11th pear shaped???? This is my...

Eat em Alive spirit
Now i'm the first to admit i've uttered the words 'time to go Plough' on more than one occasion. But the fact remains I am a RFC supporter - not only did we conquer Subiaco, but we built heavily fortified 'Tigers only' settlements on Freo land, in violation of numerous international agreements. We...

Turning point?
The Duck is a seriously trouble individual, though I have to give him props for going on Denton the other night. It was compelling viewing, and provided some insight into what is going on in his head. Hopefully he's on a long road back to recovery. Also thought Tim Lane's article in the Sunday...

When the ball is bounced, who should start in the middle?
Would have to be P. Farmer, J. Hird, N. Buckley, C. Judd.

Come on. Had a couple of good seasons though even they weren't worth the $5M he took from the club.

Impressive player, unimpressive human being
Carey is nothing but trouble. Hopefully some of the charges will stick and he will end up seeing the inside of a jail of cell for long enough to knock some sense into his thick skull.

I know Sheahan couldn't fit him in his top 50, but I would think he deserves a place. He has after all 10 day / night time Premierships and was a key part of the Hawks dominance in the eighties. Of course if we could only picky one Centre Half Forward, then Carey would get my vote.

Carey is the king
I know the forwards get all the credit though really, Carey had to be the number one choice. He one more games of his own boot than you've had hot dinners. I'd have Ablett as second too. Interestingly both of these guys are now off the rails. What is that about?

Hird should definitely be top 5
I can't see how you could leave Hird out of the top 5, he was an out and out champion.
